It's been a busy 2022 with 4 of out 5 houses now watertight. All houses receiving the high standard One North fit out with underfloor heating, quality kitchens and bathrooms along with beautifully paved gardens.
The site now has power, water and BT ducted in, and we are expecting to begin works shortly on the road into the site.
It will be a busy remaining few months with a late summer site completion in mind.
